ZLB Plasma Adopt-A-Patient ambassador

A dear friend called to get a few pictures of her daughter for a poster to be used to increase awareness and support for plasma donation. She is such a beautiful girl and I was thrilled to fit in a quick session at the park today. I asked them to write a little about bit the program to educate us.

"Jadon was chosen to serve as the ambassador for Adopt-A-Patient program with ZLB Plasma and IDF.
The Adopt-A-Patient program was developed to show the relationship between patients, donors and employees. Donors and employees will be able to see how important of a role they play in the lives of our patients, and the life-saving medications that are produced. Patients will gain a better understanding of the importance of plasma donation, and see first hand the regulations that are in place to produce the safest, highest quality plasma for their life-saving medications. It provides an overall "sense of good" for our donors, patients, and employees to see the important roles they play in this continuous circle of life. Jadon will be asked to go into the center and speak with the center donors and staff and attend certain community events to help increase awareness of plasma-based therapeutics and the impact they play in her life. Jadon will have her own Adopt-A-Patient poster hung up in the centers.
Jadon sparked the entire program. After we were in Florida and managers started hearing her story, the requests for having patients come to speak at their center went through the roof!"
