Home from vacation :)

After a WONDERFUL 9 day family vacation in FL, we are home and ready to get back to work. Thank you all for your patience and I will get all the emails/calls returned very soon. It is always so great to get away but there truly is no place like home :)

My family

My picture of my family on my website was a little outdated and I had a little time this weekend after a shoot to attempt a new one. This was my favorite of the whole family. It very much represents our family...we are not perfect and a perfect picture would have looked too fake (we got a perfectly posed, all smiles one but I didn't like it - it looked too perfect for us!). I got so many comments on my old "about Leslie" picture that I was hesitant to change it, but I think this is a good one to swap it out with. The kids have grown so much since our last family picture. So, here we are....my awesome family :)

Miss "M" is 6 months!

Remember Miss "M" from her adorable newborn pictures? I got to visit her again today and can't believe she is already 6 months old. It is always so amazing how much they grow up during this first year. Although there isn't a teacup pig in a tutu, I hope you all still like your sneak peek ;)

And remember this little friend from her newborn pictures?
She is bigger than her monkey now!

Oh and a little insider info....that was her aunt and uncle that I photographed yesterday. She is going to have a new little cousin to play with soon! YAY!

"M" family maternity

I seriously have the BEST job ever. I mean, I get invited into the nicest people's homes, have a blast taking pictures of them and they actually pay ME for this! I am blessed :o) I had so much fun meeting "J and T" today. They were awesome. She looked beautiful and had the coolest dresses for the shoot. I can't wait to meet their precious baby girl in a few weeks. Oh and they hooked me up with an awesome, personalized guide to Disney - love it! Thanks so much guys. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

Miss "T" is 15 months!

I just love this family. I met them 6 months ago when "T" was 9 months and got to go back today to visit again for her 15 month birthday. She is such a sweetie and cute as can be. And you can't beat another family with their own cows and horses for props :) I love their property so much and am thrilled they are letting me bring my own kids back there to do their pictures soon! Enough about me and their land....let's get to the pictures.
